Scandinavian Real Heart AB (SRH) is developing a Total Artificial Heart (TAH) called the \u2018Realheart TAH\u2019 that replaces the natural heart and is intended to save the lives of patients suffering late stage heart failure. SRH is based in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, Sweden and on the Spotlight Stock Market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SRH is looking for candidates motivated to progress the technology from the development stage to clinical use and commercialization. An opportunity exists for a Program Manager to join the small and dynamic team to oversee all aspects of project management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management in the field of medical devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Objective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To oversee and coordinates different related projects in the company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Their main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects and developing program schedules and project budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. To work with various team members and management to develop schedules and plans for projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Monitoring projects to ensure goals are met on a daily basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Support management in budgeting and resource planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To support development of systems and procedures to standardize company activities
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Skills and Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Degree qualified in an area relevant to the company and ideally MedTech.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Five years work experience as a project manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Five years\u2019 experience in a regulated environment such as defence, automotive or aerospace and in particular medical device development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Demonstrated ability to work in a small, innovative team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Risk management experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Cost control and budgeting skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Proven ability to steer external partners ensuring that project plans are followed, and deviations are communicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Excellent verbal and writing communications skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Fluent in English is a must , Swedish language skills would be valued<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
