If you have a VP account

• Fill in the application form and send it to the Issuing Agent Nordic Issuing.

• Pay SEK 2.36 per share you are entitled to subscribe to Nordic Issuing (information is available on the application form).

• Both the completed application form and payment must be received by the Issuing Agent no later than February 28 ,2023.

Please contact your trustee in good time if you have any questions.
The new shares will be delivered to your custody account or VP account with Euroclear. You will first receive interim shares (HEART IA). These will be replaced by new shares as soon as the issues are registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which is expected to happen in mid-March 2023. You can then trade in your shares.

If you have a Deposit Account

• You will receive information from your trustee about the number of TO1 and instructions for subscription.

• Managers are e.g. SEB, Handelsbanken, Nordnet, Avanza and others.

• Follow the instructions you receive from your manager. If you have not received information or have questions about how to proceed, you should contact your trustee.

NOTE! The deadline for registration may be earlier than 28 February. Please contact your trustee in good time if you have any questions.
